Terms:
Please read this information completely before you make a purchase from Biker Garage 101. These terms govern all of our sales, and may not be changed. Your placing an order, whether signed or unsigned, will constitute acceptance of these terms and guarantee of payment on order and under the guidelines set below.

Shipping, Order Processing, and Time in Transit:
We ship most items within 24 - 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12.00 noon eastern time will generally process the following business day. Orders placed after 12.00 noon eastern time will generally process the second business day. Please allow seven to ten business days for your order to arrive.

Pricing:
Prices are updated continuously, and are subject to change. If there has been a price increase, a typographical or computer input error, we will confirm with you by email, before processing your order.

Returns:
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. Please inspect your purchase carefully when you receive it. If there is anything wrong,  contact us immediately. 

Returns will be accepted within two weeks of the original purchase date unless otherwise stated.  No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.  Please contact us at 989-569-3660 or email at returns@bikergarage101.com for an RMA number. 

We do not accept returns on any Closeout, Clearance or Scratch & Dent products so please call with any questions or concerns before ordering. 

Please double check fitment and sizing guides for your bike before you order. We want you to be happy with your purchase from BikerGarage101.com and will* accept returns if you find your item from BikerGarage101.com doesn't meet your needs.  All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.  Exceptions Apply, see below. 

Please notify BikerGarage101 of a defective item (that wasn't sold as such) within 48 hours of receipt for exchange or refund.

* Please note that Scratch & Dent, Closeout and Clearance items are not returnable.  We sell it cheap, we describe it and take photos so you can have a good idea of what you're getting.  If you need more information about any of these items, please contact us before ordering.
